1. Classification of cities is as per HRA rules.
2. Room rent (except dormitory) mentioned above are per bed (double bed of approx. 6ft. X 6 ft. size) per day charges. In case of single bed, it will be halved and dealt accordingly. Payment shall be strictly charges on bed basis only and not person basis.
3. Check out time is 24 hours.
4. Food charges are payable to contractor of Guest House.
5. Accommodation shall be booked on first come first basis.
6. Preference in booking shall be given to official visitors of ICAR system.
7. For booking, please e-mail/fax your request well in advance in prescribed format.
